Clean room. Clean linen. The property is dated. That’s ok. The cost reflects the property’s age. Great views from the 10th floor. There were chips in the tiles and in the table top. Holes in the bathroom wall tiles where it looks like a towel rail was removed. Free parking is good. Not secure but that’s fine. The spa bath surface looked dirty but it had just aged. Quick reception service. Strong Indian cooking smells in the foyer. The room smelt neutral. Only a smallish room. Be prepared for that. Lift worked well.

We saw the staff once so I only put a 3. The place is older, not bad for one night but we were looking for 3 nights, there wasn’t really a kitchen, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and there was an odd smell (not terrible but noticeable), the biggest part is the noise. There is a roundabout that the downtown core of people like to open up and take a rip which echos loudly.

Was a great location to put heads down after a 18 hr trip back from overseas. Great veiws from my room. Only thing could make mention is the edge of mattress had given way so whem sit on edge of bed nearly slipped off the bed. Hotkel was close to shopping area and tram stop plus had free parking

its cheap, yes but everything is average apart from the noise which is well above average. From the hookers coming and going at all hours, the non stop beeping of the pedestrain crossing below and the way the wind whistles through the building, heck did i sleep well.....when i got home!

I have stayed here many times in the past and always found it to be very clean and convenient. However, my recent stay was even better than past visits. New owners, who are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I love that the security has been upped, with the front doors now being locked at night. Simple use of your key to open after hours. They have renovated quite a bit, and the new front reception desk is manned for long hrs. Location is convenient re food, transport, beaches and parks. The view is outstanding. Thanks for making my 3 night stay comfy and enjoyable.
