The property is in an excellent location. However, our stay was marred by a lack of basic guest essentials, which made it feel unprepared and inconvenient.The main issue was with fundamental supplies:There was no toilet paper upon arrival. While some was brought by the host later, we were forced to buy our own in the meantime.Bathroom toiletries (shampoo, body wash) were provided in minuscule, single-use tubes, an impractical amount for more than one guest.Dishwashing liquid came in flimsy plastic sachets instead of a standard bottle.We expect a basic level of service, which includes providing adequate, usable supplies. Using wasteful, insufficient formats for these necessities creates guest hassle.Simple improvements would solve this: Providing a starter roll of toilet paper and using standard, refillable pump dispensers for shower and kitchen soap is more guest-friendly, less wasteful, and cost-effective for the host.The absence of these basics significantly impacted our comfort and the overall value of our stay.
