Was very happy with accommodation, great location, very clean, great bed. Parking was also great, Restaurant good and excellent prices. Great views of Parklands across road which was great for morning walk..

Due to lack of soundproofing the neighbours kept us awake most of the night. Conversations are clearly heard and you can even hear people going to the toilet. Unfortunately we were in a passage where a number of rooms were booked for a wedding or similar and had to listen to families and friends gathering during the afternoon, midnight and 5am in the morning. Worst hotel experience ever because of this.

Very clean, convenient, value-for-money bed for the night. We only stayed for one night, but this place would be an excellent base for much longer f you were visiting Adelaide. IT had everything you needed, plus the newspapers. Excellent value!

The amenities were fine but certainly average but comfortable. The breakfast was pretty overpriced for what you get and we were late and it was pretty cold and had been sitting around. The staff at breakfast were not on the ball and the lady that was on the counter on leaving was far from friendly

We have stayed there on more than one occasion and found it to be quite comfortable if not exactly five star. The location, within walking distance of the city is great. It is also very good value. We will stay there on our next visit to Adelaide.

Noisy room from others passing by. Breakfast extremely overpriced. Trip hazards in room. Young male bar attendant rude and unprofessional to new staff member. School parents parking in motel car park when delivering and picking up students

Stayed here as it was in close proximity to Sportsmed. Large family room which was great for our family of 4 but the TV was tiny and mounted on the wall in the corner of the room so it was very hard to see. Make a booking for dinner otherwise you could face up to an hour wait for food, which we didn't mind and the food was yummy. Breakfast buffet is worth the $22. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We stay here frequently because of the location It's close to Hospitals and Doctors so very convenient Couldn't fault the staff and facilities Special commendation for James in the restaurant Great service And exceptionally efficient .All staff were helpful and polite

The site said the room had not been renovated so I expected dated décor. I did not expect the bathroom to have peeling paint, mildew and a cabinet needing repair. On the other hand, staff were friendly and very helpful. Onsite parking was a big plus. Handy location right on fringe of CBD was close to parks across the street and to major roads.

We have stayed at the Royal Coach on a number of occasions. The friendly, welcoming staff are ready to assist and the facilities have been perfect for us for our overnight stays. Breakfast is always welcomed and gets one off to a good start. The location has been the big factor for us staying regularly at the Royal Coach.
