The room and shower were very clean and all amenities were good and comfortable. There were no knives in the common kitchen but we understand the risk. Thank you for keeping a beautiful place next to the river.

I was a little disappointed with the reception my wife received when she rang to request clean towels. The text from Echo Parks stated “ For any concerns please ring xxxx xxx xxx” which she did only to be told quite bluntly that this is for after hours and emergencies only. She was also told we had only been there one day so why would we want clean towels. We had arrived a day earlier and in any case is that really a problem. I have re-read that text many times and can still not see any reference to that information. I know this sounds petty, but on the other hand we paid a fair price and expect fair service. We have stayed here in our caravan on a number of occasions and will do so again. The lady who answered the phone just needs to lift her game and if the number you give out is just for a particular purpose make sure it is clearly labeled as such.
