Convenient, comfortable, cool! Loved it! Great shopping NMD restaurants in walking distance!

Had the most amazing time. First time my girlfriend has stayed in a hotel n we just loved it

This was a great hotel to stay. Centrally located and had all the amenities I could ask for in a hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. This was beneficial after travelling for about 24 hours from the US. The staff was always very nice and willing to go out of their way to help us during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel and would plan another stay in the future. Thank you everyone at the Hilton Adelaide. You will see me again in the future I am sure.

The room had only one outlet at the desk. Insufficient for a business trip where I need to be able to plug in at least three devices. The bill was incorrect and took some time to rectified. I had already paid for the tariff and it took some time to get this sorted out. Lobby food lacked healthy choices.

Right from the valet parking we knew we had made the right choice. Room was the best on our trip so far. Large room , great sitting area and very nice shower all made the stay great. Lobby lounge was outstanding, and they make an excellent martini! Would highly recommend.

free upgrade the first night, stored our luggage while we went to Kangaroo Island and nice room the second night

Rooms are much nicer since recent upgrade, but a bit small for a family. The staff was very helpful and the location is also very good

Good size room with a variety of furniture, but had a somewhat dated feel with many scuffed wooden corners and trim. Many useful amenities in the room. Easy to store luggage after checkout for later pickup (we boarded the Indian Pacific later in the day, just a short taxi ride away).

I have never seen such filthy dirty, loose, carpeting (held together with duct tape in at least 4 places) as was on the 7th floor hall at the Adelaide Hilton. The carpet in the room was also dirty, the chair stained, and the furnishings shabby. However, the bathroom and bed were clean. I complained to the manager about the condition of the hotel, and she first said "Well, you booked on the internet." We had booked a standard room, but didn't expect a Hilton to be this shabby. Then she said she would give us a complimentary upgrade starting on the third day since we were dissatisfied. We had booked 6 nights. When the third day came, we packed our luggage and prepared to move to the better room and were then told by the front desk people that the better room would cost us $60 more a night because there was a convention at the hotel. Needless to say, we didn't move. The hotel said that this floor was going to be upgraded soon, but it certainly wasn't when we stayed there.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Hilton. Many of the Hilton hotels I have used in the USA were not always the cleanest or most modern. My room was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel's location next to the Central Market is very nice since it it close to plenty of fine dining.

I am an airline pilot and spend a lot of nights in hotels, and a lot of nights in Hiltons. I would say the one in Adelaide is blah and that is about the nicest thing I can say. Way over priced for a standard room. The concierge staff was not helpful when we were trying to find a restaurant for dinner. The bathroom had seen better days, and had no hair dryer. The bed was not very comfortable either. I expect a certain level of quality from a Hilton and this hotel simply did not meet my standards. We stayed at the Rydges Adelaide a couple nights later when we passed back through Adelaide and it was a much cheaper and nicer hotel option. Skip this Hilton!

WONDERFULLY MODERN ROOM WITH VIEW IN TWO DIRECTONS OVER THE CITY. GREAT STAFF WORKED HARD TO TRY TO FIND LOST LUGGAGE. LOCATED NEXT TO DELIGHTFUL ADELAIDE MARKET, COUGER ST RESTAURANTS AND EASY ACCESS ON FREE TRAM TO DIFFERENT AREAS IN CITY. WOULD RETURN THERE WITHOUT QUESTION.

Very nice hotel but the entrance is hard to get to. They need an informal resturant, the one they have is too fancy/ upscale for most travelers. Good thing there are so many resturants within walking distance. Rooms service was great, very fast and the food was hot!

Great location, easy access to downtown area and free city bus.

The Hilton Adelaide is a fine hotel, and centrally located. My room was well above what one might expect, and the pool and gym were adequate. Cigarette butts in the pool and around the pool area made the morning workout a bit of an adventure, but I would stay in the hotel again. Besides once they get the cigarette butts out of the pool, and get the spa working, they will have a first rate property there. Happy travels!
