Aging resort

This motel is a little past its prime. It was probably a pretty fancy place back in the mid 20th century, but the facilities are dated and in need of a little more maintenance. But the location was convenient to the airport, the price was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly and courteous.

I had to kill an alacran. Only one AC for the entire 2 rooms suite. It was at the living room. I had to buy a fan to move the cold air from the living room to the room. 1/5.

Run down old place

Horrible place . Old , scary , lonely ,dirty and no amenities. Staff was ok. They are trying . No bottled water . Furniture in our little house was old ripped disgusting. I can't believe this place. The beds were horrible, air was in the kitchen . Our two bedrooms were hot and the fan they provided was old. I would never recommend this hotel unless it's an emergency and you need a roof over your head. Don't take kids there either, scary place. Sorry

Acapulco gold

It was for one night as I got in late at the airport and wanted something close without airport hotel prices. The place was very nice. Easy to get there with taxi. Bed was a little hard but room was very clean. Cottage style room with pool just outside the door. Down side is there was no food available at all other than a vending machine. Also no one spoke English and I do not speak Spanish so there was a little trouble with that but no big deal. Hardest part was the food thing. Thank god I had a bunch of granola bars with me. lol Oh it had a good AC !!

For a family with a low budget

no restaurants in the hotel, the closest are 15 mins walking distance, you can find many bad surprises like wi-fi deficient

Online pics not representative

The staff were very nice but the hotel ranges from mediocre to terrible. When we arrived, we were shown our tiny villa (#9) and it was terrible. The villa was dilapidated, semi-clean, and the view from the back patio door was unattractive. I diplomatically told the staff that the place was subpar so they moved us to the villa next door that was better. Better, but sadly it also had flaws. The hot water handle in the kitchen sink did not work. The front door did not latch. The ceiling fans wobbled in a scary way. The TV was ancient and had only 4 local channels (which were fuzzy). One mattress was so old it was like a hammock to lie in and you felt the springs on your body. The hotel pool was ove rchlorinated (it looked milky). We were there only for a couple days waiting for our flight out of Acapulco, so we decided to just stay. During those days I had a chance to observe the hotel. I noticed that a few villas had been updated - better TV's, furniture (those are the pics on the website). there were many villas that had not even been completed. Others were totally run down. I don't know if this place had seen better days or what. But, though it look promising (pretty entry, nice concept of individual villas), it just wasn't that great. I will say the staff were kind and considerate. They gave us an extra fan. They moved us because they wanted us to be comfortable. They tried to help us any way they could. This hotel might work for a tight budget.

Muy mal, había una cucaracha enorme en el baño, la habitación en pésimas condiciones, la televisión de las que ya no se usan y obviamente no tenía señal, lo único bueno es que las personas que lo atienden son sumamente amables Las fotos no corresponden a lo que es el cuarto, deberían tener cuidado en ello
