"Hotel and amenities are amazing. Especially if you come with family and want kids to be able to run around freely. Big pool with lots of chairs and a million dollar view. Same view for restaurant. Unfortunately our stay was off to a bad start when we showed up and they didn’t have a room ready at check-in time. Reservation was made 2 weeks prior. Restaurant food is great, service is poor with the exception of Alejandro, he was a jewel. Same for pool area, you will have to find your waiters."
