"I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and by far this was the least one I liked.
1. One of the front desk clerks was extremely rude. People we didn’t even know that were guest said the same thing. She spoke Spanish
2.There was no microwave in the room only on even floors
3. The chair and ottoman in my room was filthy.
4. Kids were running around the hall and pounding on my door a couple of times, we finally had to call security!
This would be the first and the last time at that particular hotel."
