"While my family was very excited to stay here, it simply was not as advertised. The yard looked like it hadn’t been cut in weeks, there were mouse traps (with droppings) in the kitchen, the home was nowhere near clean, the screen door was ripped to shreds, there were broken electrical outlets and holes in the floor covered with boards, the hot water wouldn’t even last long enough to fill the bath tub among, the home was VERY musty smelling and covered in dust, the outside trash bins were PACKED with trash, and many other things. The lockbox code was not released until 5PM when I requested it from the host when check in was scheduled at 4PM."
