I recently stayed at Vision Apartments Zurich. The apartment itself was acceptable, but my checkout experience was extremely disappointing. On the morning of our departure, we exited the parking garage only to discover that all surrounding roads had been closed due to city road construction. We were effectively unable to leave the area. When we sought assistance, there had been no prior communication from the property about these road closures, despite local police indicating that guests should have been informed in advance. We repeatedly attempted to contact the property for support and guidance, but received no meaningful response while dealing with the situation. The inconvenience caused significant delays and stress, especially on a travel day. The construction was planned ahead I think as we heard too many noise the night before which was also reported to the property management, but nothing was addressed. What is most disappointing is not only the lack of advance notice, but also the absence of any effort to acknowledge or compensate guests for an issue that could have been mitigated through proper communication. Better guest support and proactive communication are expected from a professional accommodation provider.

I love the Location !

Customer Service gave me some headaches this time, according change room category, check in time and payment(human been make mistakes sometimes),but overall is a good place to stay, considering excelent location, comfortn and train station on your feet that takes you to Zurich HB only in 4min.

It was great for the price we paid! we were next to a train station and could go to the city center in 6 minutes, I recommend it if you want to save some money! It’s also close to a mall that has a big supermarket
