HORRIBLE! My wife and I travel extensively and the was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. No hot water first day. Called phone number listed as hotel contact but was answered by owner/manager (or someone). The man was rude, angry that we called, and uninterested in helping. He told us to call the office (his was the only number listed. We had no office phone number). No channel changer. Horrible beds and pillows. Old, run down unit with horrible, offensive stench. Candy, empty water bottles and a thick layer of dust under the bed. I had to shower immediately after arriving at the next hotel to wash the unclean feeling I still had from Inside Five. Would NEVER, EVER, EVER stay there again.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The room was late being ready and we had to wait in the lobby even though we actually showed up after the check in time. The bed only had one single comforter for the queen size bed and two people. We wanted to turn on the fan as the room was very stuffy, but the fan was so grimy and almost disgusting, the night table beside the bed was broken and unusable, and overall the room was not well cared for. The walls are very thin and not noise resistant at all. We could hear people talking and using the bathroom etc. It is quite a walk from downtown. While we were aware, it seemed further than advertised. In general, not a great stay!

Property was easily accessible from the train station. About a 15 minute walk on nice sidewalks. Room was nice enough for the price. The staff was helpful and kind and allowed us to store our bags and actually checked us in early.

Studio was quite small No air conditioning The double bed had a ill-fitting doona ie. the doona was under-size & probably more suitable for a single bed ( photo available ) The shower was very small The shower screen doors did not fully close ( photo available ) Door to shower/toilet room had no door stopper ( photo available) In short, we would not recommend this facility to anyone!

The manager was very pleasant & helpful. The room was clean but nowhere near as nice as it appeared in photos. There were lots of little things that needed attention, like dodgy light switches, a fold-up bedside table that was wobbly (therefore unusable) & a kettle that poured water everywhere except in the cup. The shower is very small, but water is hot & the pressure good. Having a fridge & microwave was very handy. I probably wouldn't walk the streets at night alone. We were very grateful to be given access to the room 2 hrs before our official check-in time of 3pm.

After reading a lot of reviews, I'm nervous about the stay. Turn out it was a good stay. We travel as three friends and need a bigger room to stay together. The room is good for a family, clean, and the price is reasonable. The area around the apartment has a kind of international vibe, so there are many international restaurants to choose from. 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main train station and attractions. They allow us to leave 1 luggage at the office for 2 days, super nice. The check-in process gives me anxiety. First, the door to enter the apartment was locked, and no one was there to open the door for you. Then we were able to enter the apartment, and where is the office to check in? Turn out the office is the closed-door room across the tiny elevator; we have to press the bell-ring and wait until someone comes to open that office for us. Other than the check-in process, we are happy with the stay.

this is a simple property, neat, clean, well priced, and close to the airport… If you were looking for a reasonable alternative to airport hotels, this is a good spot for you. Neighborhood is residential but comfortable. I took an Uber ride. It was about $25 US, but it was also raining so it might've been surge pricing ... anyway it's not luxury, but it is neat and tidy and very comfortable

The accommodation was suitable for our needs - one night stay and travelling on to Innsbruck the next day by train. We felt that the distance was a bit further than that advertised and booked an Uber the next morning as it was too far to walk with heavy cases. A small kitchenette in the room was a positive bonus. We were 2 guests, we left as soon as we arrived. I was very sweaty from the heat and took a quick rinse but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The sink had a brown stain. The room was tiny but that wasn’t the issue. The one seater chair was greasy with hand prints and the tv remote controller. Oh my god was it disgusting to touch. I dried up. Got dressed and left the premises immediately. I didn’t even care to ask for a refund or anything. We booked another hotel and ran out of that dirty apartment. It was awful!

Good location - not touristy. The staff was nice and pleasant but definitely NOT a concierge! Property is old and seems not as clean or well - kept as it should be. Laundry facility was dirty and two of three dryers were out of order. The "nightstand" shelf was broken, as were the shower doors, and the shower drain was clogged. Lastly, the room was WAY too small for 3 beds and 3 people. This property would be great for two people who simply need a place to sleep that has easy access to the transportation system or who want a local neighborhood experience.

The room was not as pictured when booking. The room was not as clean as you would hope and smelled like someone had smoked in there. The bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. It was not very easy to organise bag storage or early check in. The staff at the hotel thought were kind and helpful and the hotel is in a convenient location with nice cafes and shops nearby. Not too far from the main train station.
