Great experience!

The elevator in this hotel is VERY small in this hotel. It can only accommodate one person with luggage at a time. The complimentary breakfast is nice but the evening restaurant menu is very limited. Otherwise our experience at the Fleming hate was exceptional. The service was superior and we enjoyed the room decor.

When we checked in the power in the room was not working. The A/C was defective and the refrigerator was not working. The staff was great, trying everything. After 2 days they moved our room. The elevator was extremely small. One of us had to stand on the 3rd floor, load the elevator and have another person retrieve it on the ground floor. Two people or luggage.

A small boutique hotel very efficiently run and with modern amenities. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great location, walking distance to both the Zurich lake as well as the main station. Excellent breakfast.

Lousy service- fire Alarm at 5am - dirty room

Took ages to check-in.found a dirty room! Fire Alarm at 5am with a crying receptionist who couldn’t turn it off! Didn’t want to evacuate the building nor called the fire brigade despite alarm! Horror stay!

Fine for a short stay in Zurich

Tiny hotel but clean and comfortable, though shower set up was wacky (a see through glass box in the middle of the room that is no good for anyone who wants privacy0. Linens and such are frayed but clean. However, service was top notch; staff was very helpful with many things, including providing some takeaway food when we had to leave for the airport at 4:30 a.m.. Walkable to many important sites. Overall, a decent choice.

Nice location in the city and pretty walk into the old part. Lovely garden very close by. Hotel has a very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast including eggs and coffee to order.

Mediocre but overpriced hotel

The hotel wasnt super clean especially the carpets which are old and stained. Also the elevator was broken which meant I had to carry my suitcase across 2 sets of stairs.

Great location, excellent staff. Towels and linen in the rooms, worn and frayed, badly. Carpets thin and hard. Lift was broken. Nice breakfast. Could be great, but property really needs a facelift. Staff were fantastic and very helpful.
