Hotel Antré Chapultepec
5/5 Excellent
"I’m handicap and use a mobility scooter. The ramp going into the hotel was way too steep and the hotel doorman were not helpful at all. They would watch you come out of a taxi. Try to get up the ramp they wouldn’t come out to help you with your bags or help you get up the ramp they would just sit on a chair and watch other than that if you were a normal person and you didn’t have a wheelchair the hotel would be excellent. The hotel is perfectly centrally located just where you wanna be would be nice if it had a pool or a hot tub but that’s OK. Would I stay there again no due to the wheelchair ramp"
