I'm just going to start out by saying the Staff was extremely unprofessional. In the evening the manager on duty called my friend a dum@as@ for calling the desk phone, when those were the specific instructions on the door. In the morning the manager on duty came pounding on our door at 10:30, yelling, "manager, open up!" I immediately hopped out of bed and hurried over to open the door, but just as I got to the door, she busted it open instead. Talk about violating basic human rights! Checkout was at 11:00, so this was before she had any reason whatsoever to be banging on doors. I approached her about it when I checked out , and her only response was being extremely rude about it and refusing to admit that she was out of line. Instead she was yelling at me, telling me to leave when I was trying to have a basic conversation about what happened. I will never be going back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In a time when good service means everything, they are back in the dark ages with the service they provide. I can and will overlook a lot, but rudeness in the service industry isn't one of those. I didn't like anything about this property. It was absolutely horrible. Staff looks like a bunch of carnival people. Shady things going on all around the property. Staff was very unprofessional.

Won't stay here again & definitely won't recommend

I am currently disabled and unable to bear full weight; at check in I entered with crutches, therefore clearly needing of a room that is near the wheelchair ramp. The clerk, aware I was checking in alone, put me in a room in the very middle of the building. I had to figure out how to get myself and my stuff in the room. No help was offered. The room was very dirty, with filth on the walls and base board. The table, chairs and refrigerator were sticky.

Arrived to find my fridge did not work and the microwave had rust all over the inside of it. Received a $45 refund, and staff swapped our fridge and microwave with the room next door on the second day after stating we could not switch rooms due to all rooms being booked. There were several bugs in our room during the duration of our stay and they seemed to multiple throughout the week. Killed a roach on the second day. The room had cracked walls and floors, pubic hair all over the ballroom floor and toilet, blood stains on the bed, the bedframe was broken, and room service ignored our do not disturb sign.

We were very unsatisfied with everything… and even took pictures our room it was disgusting. When we arrived after a long drive we were so tired, but unpacked. When i started evaluating our room i noticed some dead bugs in the light, cobwebs on the walls,corner the laminate flooring was coming apart, the fridge had so shelves on the door, the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling,water damage,mold on the shower curtain, and our toilet didnt work. when my husband called the front desk the clerk informed us that the head person was out for the day and take it up with them the next day so we did then we had issues with our keys and was informed it was us because we left keys near our phones ( no we didnt) then after trying the master key they stated oh it needs new batteries. On to house keeping they came in too and i showed them how nasty it was and stated they would clean up ( they didnt and never came back til the day we left) i asked for more towels since there were three of us and there was only one a new shower curtain because of the mold, toilet paper because there wasnt a spare to the opened one and we were there for 4 days as well as a few trash bags they said sure came back later nothing. We call the front desk and was basically told not our problem housekeeping is off at 3pm and we will have to wait til the next day.After my husband spoke with the head desk lady she said she would take of everything the only thing she did was drag us on and gave us a $20 discount.

Dirty

Staff was incredibly friendly but hotel was very dirty and run down. When I arrived I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies for my bathroom. Tub bottom was literally black and there was urine all over the toilet seat. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Close to the venue I was at but overall would never go back again.
