We booked a suite and when we arrived was told we couldn't have our pet in that room so they moved us to a “pet room” which was horrible it smelled of dog urine and there were pee spots everywhere. The tub/shower was broken no one came by to give us towels we had to go get them everyday. We went and bought cleaning supplies and vacuum to clean our room. Finally after I couldn't take it anymore they move us to the suite we originally paid for after spending 2 nights I. The nasty room. No reimbursement was given nothing. I would recommend this place its just dirty all around. The staff was rude even the restaurant was bad. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Good hotel for the area

Very nice room very nice hotel hot tub was broken. All the ice machine machines were out of service water pipe broke. We had evacuate for a while, but overall it was a good trip.

The courtyard was pretty over grown, would have loved it if it wasnt so I could have enjoyed it. My biggest disappointment was the hot tub was not able to be used. You would think a large hotel like this could repair/maintain things in a more timely manner. We were there 5 days.

5 day stay. No cleaning no clean towels

5 day stay. Our room was not cleaned at all, even after asking the front desk. No clean towels in 5 days. Air conditioning stuck at 65 and they would not fix it. We will not be staying again.

It works for a festival sleep but not for pleasure

When I first got to the hotel it seemed pretty and very neat. However, looks can be deceiving! The room had mold on the wall, multiple stains that were either blood or human feces on the bathroom and room walls, dirty tissues stuffed between the couch cushions, and cigarette butts all over the balcony from previous guests. The room had no bugs and didn’t stink so I thought I can get over some surface stains and not touch the couch. I went to the restaurant a couple times and they burnt my beef tenderloin to a well done steak when I asked for rare, the pasta marinara was so bland I had to add salt to give it a little flavor, and then the next morning I went down for breakfast and their Buffett was so gross I nearly gagged and just had coffee.
