A beautiful spot. I came for Homecoming at Denison University. I appreciate the location and the rooms. The staff was amazing. The only drawback was due to our room location every time anyone went out or in the secured door, our door would jiggle and freak me out as though someone was knocking. A structural floor. Overall this was an amazing place. Great room, clean and super Comfortable bed.

The HVAC thermostat did not work, there was mold in the bathroom, some of the ceiling tiles were broken and brittle, and the parking lot was dark. The hallway carpets are worn and tore. They also do not have a complimentary coffee bar as you check in or out.

Worst stay ever!

Your hotel smelled like a damp basement. The mattress was as soft as a cotton ball. Horrible. The room was in B, and the lights in the parking lot were out. The entrance to the hotel was unlocked.

We booked a suite and when we arrived was told we couldn't have our pet in that room so they moved us to a “pet room” which was horrible it smelled of dog urine and there were pee spots everywhere. The tub/shower was broken no one came by to give us towels we had to go get them everyday. We went and bought cleaning supplies and vacuum to clean our room. Finally after I couldn't take it anymore they move us to the suite we originally paid for after spending 2 nights I. The nasty room. No reimbursement was given nothing. I would recommend this place its just dirty all around. The staff was rude even the restaurant was bad. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
