At the Front Desk they told me that they are going to give me a better room but they sheeted me and gave me a room very dirty and AC wasn’t working and the furniture was dirty and very old .

.

Mustafa Khaled checked is in and was very friendly and helpful, the concierge was as well as was the support staff, especially Nadia from housekeeping on the 18th floor. The property was very smokey and a couple of us found breathing difficult and our eyes were burning because people and staff smoked everywhere, even non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. The shower was mildewy and paint was chipping off the tub. Also there was a cigarette butt in the shower/steamroom of the spa that remained there for at least 2 days. The bedding was great, room service was nice.

Property was clean and beautiful views and great amenities. Staff was beyond nice and very helpful with recommendations for local stuff like food and shops. In the restaurants and bars and around the pool, they bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care of and checked in appropriately but were not overbearing or annoying. The one criticism was that we had booked a room with a king bed and there wasn't one available at check in. Normally wouldn't be an issue if the room with two beds had two queens but it was two double beds. So unfortunately my husband and I, on anniversary trip, were not able to sleep in the same bed. Not a huge deal but obviously not ideal. Now they did this because the only king available was a smoking room on the ground floor and we had booked a Nile view. We certainly appreciated not having a smoking room that didn't have a view but what would've made this better is if they could've looked for when a king bed room with a Nile view was going to become available and ask if we would like to switch at that time as we likely would've said yes. Again, everything else was amazing, couldn't have asked for better service, but something that could perhaps be offered in the future.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The staff we so nice and patient and courteous. The tahini w/ pita bread was some of the best.. and the Sherlock Holmes bar located in the hotel was so cool. The room was clean. They also have a bank on 1st floor to exchange foreign currency. Very convenient. The check-in and out process was long. Had to wait at least 15 minutes to speak to someone, but they were busy. I get it. The hotel balcony had a sweet view of the Nile. Overall, good place. Thank you, Ramses Hilton.

The location

The hotel staff is inefficient, laidback, unprofessional and need more serious training. Had to complain with Deputy Manager of the hotel to resolve the room assignment issue. In the room the furniture are old, nonfunctional outlet, and no heating. Even we stopped the AC the cold air is flowing through. The bathroom was unhygienic. There are concierge staff gave me different amount every time when I requested to reserve a van to get to the airport. Felt likely there are trying to extort. We are ar Conrad Hilton dew days ago and the service was outstanding. Both Hilton are few hundred yards from each other with opposite experience. Never recommend to stay at Ramses Hilton.

Hotel need upgrading: can't use hair dryer in bathroom. The overall hotel cleanliness is lacking, especially, the bathroom in the room, Executive Lounge, and other public areas. Staff in the Execitve Lounge, Concierge, and other areas were very friendly and professional. We were extremely pleased witht the staff/Waiters at the Rendez Vous Restaurant (shopping area accross the street) they treated extra special and the food was excellent.

Very nice hotel with modern amenities and friendly staff! Central to all things in downtown Cairo and a beautiful view of the Nile.

Very good room clean excellent location good staff i do recommend

Clean and the view good room size. The staff very friendly

Great place to stay good staff and service Good breakfast buffet

The Concierge took total care of our needs. The breakfast and Terrace cafe staff were excellent. The on site restaurants were all delicious. The gift shop was filled with many choices. Security was friendly but tight. The only one issue was that reception didn't ask us what we preferred and put us in a smoking room. This Hilton staff is five stars to me.

The staff was excellebr always willing to help. A company I booked a tour with cancelled on me the last minute and I needed to call a local number to reach the company, multiple staff members allowed to use their personal phone to rectify the situation. As a result I was able to get instructions about getting my refund.

Amazing breakfast buffet, staff very nice, checking in a little slow

Perfect location in the middle of Cairo. Also got a free room upgrade !

The breakfast was great and very cheap and the wait staff are very nice and accommodating.
