On the second floor there is a living room, as well as 2 rooms and a bathroom. Here also, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. For a maximum number of 8 guests, this Villa is perfect for spending your vacation in a home away from home.The ground floor gives way to exiting to the covered terrace and the pool area, while the second floor has a balcony exit. The outdoor part of the property has a wonderful pool area with sun umbrellas and sunloungers and, right next to it, a spacious BBQ and sitting/dining area. Free parking is available on the property, and the Villa has Wi-Fi coverage, SAT TV, mosquito nets and air-conditioning.Pets are not allowed.Villa Pinia has a non-refundable cancellation policy.
