Real kids hotel, so great for your children, but very crowded at breakfast and dinner time. Many pools and good quality. Comfortable rooms (family suite). Beach in front of hotel with plenty of sunloungers. Good alternative restaurants to the buffet. Buffet is very chaotic and more factory than restaurant. Don’t book sea side rooms, the hotel is not directly on the sea, there are apartments blocking the view. If your kids are very young (too young for the kids club) like ours, you may also consider booking the Iadera hotel of the same chain and 100 m further. More sophisticated, but perhaps less comfortable rooms for families.
The air conditioning is very weak throughout the hotel - and in our room very poor and hurt my sleep. A little noisy during late evening due to bar music. Great variety of foods in all meals - and they change the options for most meals every day Staff is ok, reception could be a bit better (I had to go down and ask for their phone number, instead of being told upon reception), also did not receive 2 extra pillows I asked for - then asked again and received only 1 Pools are great, although there is a little issue with people leaving items on sun-beds in the morning to "catch" them as theirs. private beach is wonderful, sun-beds are plenty and it is very nice to have them under the trees
The hotel is resort type; meals and activities for children are included. The children enjoyed the water slide and pool area. The staff were friendly. There were live music performances on the patio during the evenings
We liked best location of the resort Nice people at the reception Non professional waiters at dinners and lunches which disturbed us during the meals Rooms have to be renovated Nice location and resort Outdated fitness equipment have to be changed
This is great hotel with lot of children animation. Meals are great and employers also. They have great kids club..everything is great and we’ll come again for sure! Beach is great and location also. Excellent
still a good hotel with one of the best beaches in Croatia, but lost quality within the past 2- 3 years especially kids animation has lost and the restaurant staff seemed to be overwhelmed on most of the days
The resort is located in a beautiful location. The water surrounding the resort is crystal clear. It’s an amazing resort for families. No stress about finding things to do as there are multiple pools, splash pads for babies/toddlers, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds. At previous all inclusive resorts i have found to the food to be mediocre at best, but not here. The food included in the board package has lots of variety and was quite delicious. The seafood was really good. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful in answering questions about the local area. We used their contract photographer for family pictures and they did an exceptional job. The housekeeping was on point. After breakfast, we always came back to a well cleaned room. The only downside, which isn’t the resorts fault, was getting there. The cabs at the Zadar Airport take advantage of people. The first person wanted €150 to get from the airport to the hotel. Others wanted €80-€100. It’s a 30 minute drive. Definitely use Uber. Uber only cost 130 kuna or roughly €15.
While the service, room and food were alright, the hotel could use more staff. I was disappointed to hear from the chat I had with employees how little are they payed for their work, considering how much we guests pay for all the service. Shameful!
Great stay with small child, age 4. Room was big, modern furnished, comfortable, with nice view, and had everything needed. Great pools for kids. Good selection of food in the hotel restaurant. Staff in the whole hotel is extremely kind, professional and polite, they deserve highest grade.
We were here with a tour group taking a 1 night stay after leaving Dubrovnik enroute to Slovenia. This hotel is by the sea which is pretty but with construction works of another hotel in the adjacent site, the view was somehow marred. This hotel is excellent for families with young kids. There were lots of children play area and facilities. Breakfast and dinner were great with a wide spread. The room was spacious with a partitioned corner with 2 extra kids beds. Furnishings were average. There was no air condition during period of our stay. Our room faces the main road so it was a little noisy from traffic noise.
