close to everything

Close to the airport, close to a grocery store, fast food, some touristy destinations, and minutes from California and Mexico. Staff was friendly, and knowledgble of the area.

disgusting filthy, old, yuck

they advertise airport shuttle not there called 3 times and went to noone finally got a cab that cost me $9.00 arrived to noone at desk finally clerk arrived and I told her the issue she gave me 6.00. Sent me to a room I fought with key and finally got in. The a/c was not working, the phone did not work. The TV did not work so went back to desk she went out and checked rooms to ensure she could find one that was working. Went to room would not take off socks as it was dirty. Slept real fast took a shower that was maybe a 5 (best part of room) but old and dirty. left never to return

manager service

I was unable to get online with my laptop or my tablet, they had me speak to their server's IT to no avail. Then I was told to try it in the lobby where I met the manager and he called them and with a reset it was all good.

honest abe

Obvious gaps in cleaning. Dirt between sink and mirror. Looked as though maids can't access with cleaning rag so just grime has built up. One of four light bulbs over sink was out. Areas by bed and underneath night stand that had not been vacuumed. TV remote had no back to hold batteries in. Maid continuously forgot to bring washcloths. This property is very tired. Interncontinental/Choice Hotels should require owner to reinvest in property. Broken down car parked in parking lot. It's been there at least a week. Location is great to the Yuma International Airport, and to general business area and golf courses. Debated one or two star rating. Gave them the benefit of doubt. However, the value of this room is $40.

somewhat disapointed

room had a sewer smell, bed cover looked old, needed to be washed. carpets could have used a wash. Rate should have been 59, instead of 79

great staff and room

The staff at the Quality Inn Airport was very friendly when we checked in. They helped us with our billing questions and the owner played a mean bongo at Karioki night. It had a nice personal touch. The bed was a very comfortable king with several luxurious pillows. The room was large for two with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was a convenient location to our cousin's house, the swap meet and Mexico.
