      Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home that features 2 living rooms, pool table, ping pong table a small work out area set up in the garage featuring an xride elliptical bike, sand bags, and a kettlebell. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2 guests rooms are queen size. Relaxing patio featuring a hot tub, bar and table seating, propane grill and large tv. Located just 2 minutes from the highway, 25 minutes from Lake Martinez, the sand dunes and Algodones MX. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations are very close by. Down town Yuma is only 10 minutes from this home. Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at the time of the booking.

      Wonderful house, friendly neighborhood and the best host. Everything you could think of was supplied including many items that we’ve never had in a vacation rental. Coffee, creamer, sweetener, spices & every small appliance & kitchen tool imaginable. So nice to have the pool table & hot tub too. Tammy could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend!

      The hosts were very accommodating, we had a surprise mandatory event to attend on the day of our original booking and the hosts were more than flexible allowing us to switch to another weekend. This house was perfect for our stay. We needed a home that was pet friendly and secure for our boat parked outside. This was both. Great location near Fortuna Road & 8, big backward for the dogs, and coffee. Can't thank them enough, will stay again on our next trip!

      This property was exactly as described, Homie warm and perfect place to relax. The owners were amazing and communicated well with us. They even left us a nice bottle of wine with a welcome card. This is a must day, IF ever in the area again we will certainly choose this property again.

      Location and all the extras!
      This place was very near the highway and in general close to everything. It was just my husband any myself so we certainly didn't need all the space of 3 bedrooms, but the draw for me was the hot tub. Enjoyed the extra space and unfortunately didn't even get to enjoy all that this place had to offer due to our busy schedule. This would be a great place for a group or larger family. The host thought of all of a traveler's needs and I even found an extra phone charger handy. We would rent this place again if in the area.

      Perfect for large family
      The house was exactly has described. Perfect for our family of six. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. If we come back to Yuma to visit family, we will definitely be staying here again.
