Great location and spacious property

We visited Joshua tree National park and Palm Springs and this location was great. Wonderful host and the house had great amenities for our family.

Great area and quaint home. Pool light didn’t work, A/C setting a little too cool for us, and the breeze made us unexpectedly cold in the pool. Other than that it was great!

Stargazing and pool fun!

Our family spent a couple of nights at this super cute home to go stargazing at Joshua Tree. The communication with the team was so easy and we received quick responses every time. Check in was a breeze. We had a great time, and recommend this home, especially bc they had a heated pool which we all loved. Thank you again.

Nice stay

Unfortunately we were able to enjoy a heated pool, or access the pool lights for night time ambiance. The house is well maintained, the kitchen was well equipped. The communication with the property manager was fantastic! Had some problems with the code entry, and even in the wee hours of the night, they were able to help out.

Family Christmas and Hanukkah trip

We booked last min for a family holiday trip. We have been doing this every holiday since my mom passed away: My family and my sisters family take our dad to all spend the Holidays together. The house was great size for puzzles, board games, karaoke, gaming on TV, cooking and more. Few things the kitchen lacked but there is a Walmart very close by. Comfortable beds, washer and dryer, great parking, good house layout. We would definitely book here again.

Front door lock gave us issues the whole weekend. The toilet chain had to be fixed (my husband took care of it). The pool heater was broken. The listing stated that it was a "Vibrant 3BR Haven w/ Heated Pool & Hot Tub"! First, it does not come with heated pool, extra feet to have heated pool and then heater was broken. TV in casita would not connect to WIFI.

This was a lovely place and we were super comfortable. We had a few hiccups with the door code but our host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the hot tub and having so much space. The property feels very private. A few notes for ADA access/wheelchair users: My husband is a wheelchair user who was dealing with a broken travel power chair -- arrgh! And in that chair (not designed for self-propelling), the large tiles were a little tricky to navigate. Most chairs would do fine. We really appreciated the accessible master bathroom: wide entrance, grab bar across from the toilet, built in small bench in shower and small grab bar inside shower. There are a few small ledges/threshholds to cross for doors to the outside but we bumped over them easily. The bathroom door in the casita was not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair but the second bathroom in the main house is wide enough for a chair (though no grab bars in that bathroom).

Clean but disappointing outside space

The overall property was clean and met our needs. Unfortunately the hot tub was not clean and smelled terrible and had a brown scum around the waters edge. We were unable to use our first night (huge bummer) but it was serviced the next day. In addition, the ambient lighting in the pool did not work which made the pool less attractive to enjoy past sunset. We had paid to heat the pool but felt the evening poolside was not what we were expecting. Before you pay for the heating option, confirm the pool concern is fixed as it is an expensive add to your booking.
