The room was small but clean, had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The guest kitchen and sitting area was a great bonus and had everything you needed to cook a meal. Nour was the most friendly and helpful host. He arranged a parking permit for £5 pound a day. Easy walking distance to town centre.

Small guesthouse, conveniently located for the city, and reasonably priced. Room and en-suite a little small, but full and free use of the shared kitchen, and unlimited refills of tea and coffee supplies. Could have done with better lighting in the bathroom and a better mirror in the room. Exceptional service; the host was extremely helpful and welcoming, and could not have been better.

This has the potential to be a super place, as it is a 15 min walk to/from train station and city centre in a quiet neighborhood. Use of full kitchen was appreciated. Coffee & tea available in room and kitchen is very nice. Entrance area pleasant to sit at with a morning coffee. Unfortunately, the ground floor room had musty/moldy air, so had to keep window open and fan on all night. Bathroom was clean but tiny so not easy to maneuver in, shower drain was backed up and hot water was non-existent (lukewarm at best). Floorboards in bed area were very loose. Left items and dust underneath bed proves that area or the floor is not cleaned, and neither is the duvet because mites were biting all night. When an accommodation provides ear plugs, you know the walls are thin; noise from adjoining rooms and hallway/entrance.
