Stylish 2 Bedroom Riverside Apartment Within the Old City Walls of York

Woodsmill Quay is a renovated warehouse located on the banks of the river Ouse within the city walls and a short stroll from all that the city York has to offer. Hi
The apartment has been newly decorated and furnished in a retro style. The living space has comfy seating and dining suit for 4. There is access to wifi, LCD TV.
The two bedrooms are well equipped with drawers, plenty of hanging space and DBA radios. One room has a double bed the other can be set up as either a king size bed or twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer.
The large bathroom has a shower over the bath and towels and toiletries are provided.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via lift or stairs.

As host I am available to offer help and can be reached at all times via email and in the case of emergencies via mobile phone

Great location for easy sightseeing

This apartment had a spacious living room and two comfortable bedrooms. The best part was how easy it was to walk to all sights in York - river, Clifford’s Tower, York Minster, York Castle Museum, National Rail Museum, etc. It was also a short, easy walk to the train station to return to London.

My 81 year old mom and I stayed here in April. This is in a great area - in town but on a side road so it was pretty quiet. Everything was very comfortable. We did not cook but used the microwave to heat up leftovers, and made coffee. Very nice to have a clothes washer in the space too. Beverly was very nice and very responsive to issues beyond her control but which affected us. She couldn't have been more kind.

Wonderful stay in York

What a wonderful time we had in York starting with the Woodsmill apartment. Great location right on the river quick walk in either direction to all the beautiful sites of York. One of the easiest check in check outs ever. Clean spacious comfy beds nice kitchen and bath. Train station very close took a very long day trip to Edinburgh. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Nice flat in a great city.

We really enjoyed the flat. It was equipped. Our host had coffee, milk and cookies for us so our first morning was great! The flat was clean and sunny. We loved York. A very walkable city with lots to do. We'd come back again for sure.
