Buy my own mistake I showed up at the wrong Richmond hotel than I had booked, I asked the girl at the front if it was the same company if she could stay the Richmond that I had come to my, she said it was the same company and she could change my reservation that was a big help. Both girls at the front desk spoke perfect English, which was not usually like experience at other hotels in Japan. They were both very helpful and restaurant recommendations and answering any questions I had. Staff was great the room was great, would definitely recommend it.
Location is right next to a modern mall and the subway. The rooms are clean and modern and surprisingly roomy for a Japanese hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again without hesitation.
