The only down side was some of the let’s say unsavory other occupants and suspected activity in the parking area that make you feel uneasy. Checkin was easy. Our room was lovely - clean, fresh, new kingsized bed, newly tiled bathroom. Doors could use some attention. Entry door had 1 inch gap with floor, bathroom door was rusty, as was the bathroom vent. Exterior floors could use some fresh paint, and removal of items from exterior walkways.
