Staff courteous, friendly. Breakfast okay, good selection. The issue I have is turning on the TV. Remote does not turn it on. Apparently have to find a small button underneath the logo at the bottom of the tv. ?? Couldn’t find it, someone had to come turn it on, and they had trouble finding the button. How are you supposed to know that’s how to turn it on? Idiotic.

Nice staff but rooms need updating. Shower leaked out of the bathroom into the hallway, drawer fronts fell off, handles fell off vanity, felt like an old property with stucco plastered walls, not the nice Hampton standard.
