Great villa in Playa Blanca

What an amazing place in Playa Blanca!Around a 10min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants this place had it's own private pool with access to a larger shared pool. All amenties were catered for and we had the best time staying here with my wife and 8yr old son!Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to stay in and around Playa Blanca!!

The villa was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our needs. Great location, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday in a home away from home. Absolutely nothing to fault about the villa, and great communication from Suzanne. I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

A very homely villa

A well positioned villa in a quiet residential area. Very peaceful yet only a 10/15 min walk to the town & beach The villa is a little dated but it’s very comfortable, a proper home from home, and one of the most comfortable places we’ve stayed in. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. There’s even hair straighteners! The bed is comfortable. Powerful shower. The outside space is private & has the sun all day. The heated pool was a perfect temperature for March & we used it a lot. UK TV channels/internet were a bonus due to the Six Nations rugby while we were away, although the internet went offline at half time during the England match (possibly due to the weather as it was very windy for a few days). We reported this to Suzanne who is on hand for any problems & got the problem sorted asap.

Lovely villa and outdoor space in quiet secluded location.

The villa was very clean and spacious and well equipped. Aboot 10 mins walk from shps and restaurants but all streets well lit. An early check in was accommodated which was great.Outdoor area great, will pool and bbq. Gets rhe sun (as long as its out!), all day. Would recommend.

August Stay

Very nice and clean villa in a quiet street and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Nearby supermarket and shops are just a 10 min walk. We all enjoyed the pool and garden, which is quite private with no one overlooking. Suzanne was great and answered all our questions. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time.

Great villa in an excellent location.

Our third time to Playa Blanca, but our first time booking a villa; we were not disappointed. The villa is located a short walk from the town centre, so therefore near lots of restaurants and bars. There is no air conditioning, so one large fan was provided, but ideally, there should be one in each room to keep you cool, especially during the evening (our teenager spent some time in their room as they usually do!). The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, slow cooker, plenty of pans, crockery and utensils, but it could do with a cupboard to place your foodstuffs, so they weren’t left on the side. Two fridges were provided, which allowed us to separate the drinks from the other items, which we liked. The decor is tasteful (plenty of mirrors for you to catch yourself in) and the pool area is large, with 4 sunbeds and a parasol for some shade. It catches the sun all day until it sets, which allows you to sit out in the evening at the additional table and chairs. There is also a clothes maiden and a washing line for those soaking pool clothes. Overall, a good choice for those wanting a good villa in a quiet area, but close enough to the town centre, promenade and what Playa Blanca has to offer.

May half-term

We visited Lanzarote in May half-term, having not been there for 12 years. The weather wasn't great, but what can you do. The villa on the other hand was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, near to everything but far away for it to be quiet. The communal pool was great fun, and we had it to ourselves every time we went. Suzanne was fantastic. Replied straight away and made the whole experience so easy. We had a brilliant time and would recommend the villa in a heartbeat 😊

Lovely Villa

The villa was exactly as described and illustrated on the website. Communication with agent was quick and easy. The villa was lovely and well equipped, close to resort centre (a 10/15 minute walk) and supermarket so a car was not required. Lovely quiet outside pool area which was south facing (with views of Fuerteventura) so we got the sun all day. Would highly recommend.

Our stay

We have stayed in villas in playa blanca now for almost 8 years and I can say this has been one of the best. It's around 10 minnwalk to the front, the villa was so clean and had everything required for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The pool was warm. (March) It had everything. It's nice and compact which is what I like with the kids. I like to be able to see them everywhere! The kitchen had all needed. The shower was great, as some haven't been on other villas, ... the location was lovely and private with no one overlooking. What more can I say... I'd definitely stay here again. Great for small families. Lovely villa. Fabulous location. All in all 100% from us .

Everything you Need

This villa is perfect if you dont want to hire a car, walking distance into town is about 10, minutes! The outside space and pool were excellent & the villa was very clean when we arrined, plus the bonus of a welcome pack. Def recommend.

Could not fault anything about this villa. Comfy, clean just a stroll away from the sea front (bars etc). Everything you want is there including access to sports channels!! Sad I know but Rugby is, a big thing with my Hubby and I. We had a car for the 3 weeks which was reasonably priced (TopCar) and got around the island. Found a lovely restaurant on the other side of the island called Casa Rafa. Lovely food and service. We had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing Villa

We have an amazing stay in this villa, Suzanne from the management company has went above and beyond for us with any small issues we had. The villa is well appointed and has a homely feeling and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again
