The property has 3 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 people. All bedrooms are en-suites and have baths and showers. There is the master bedroom with a super king size bed which has double patio doors leading to the sun terrace, another bedroom with a king size bed which looks out at Montana Roja. The third bedroom can be prepared on request either with a large double bed or with two single beds.
The property has fast fibre optic WIFI throughout, including the pool area. It is ideally located being just a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants and bars at Flamingo beach. This central location is walking distance to most of Playa Blanca. A car is not essential but there is also a private parking spot next to the entrance.

Inside the property is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a separate fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and extractor fan. There is a separate spacious utility room with washing machine, sink unit, iron, ironing board and cupboards. The well appointed lounge is fitted out with comfy sofas and a 40" flat-screen TV with internet TV including BBC & ITV channels. The living area extends out onto a specially designed curved covered terrace providing a shaded alfresco for dining after the chef of the family has prepared dinner on the built in BBQ area. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy a view of the sunset and Montana Roja. The south facing sun terrace area has sun beds to soak up the sun and a beautiful bespoke kidney shaped, heated pool with easy Roman steps leading in. The high walls and gates ensure privacy and security and, together with the palm trees, bourgainvillea, oleander and many other cacti and plants, provides a perfect setting for a holiday in the sun.

This tranquil totally flat landscape setting is certainly one to be enjoyed for couples and families alike. Although the villas has 2 easily negotiated steps to the veranda, whether you are pushing a buggy or being pushed in a chair it is a flat and easy route to the sea front and wheel/push chair friendly village of Playa Blanca. If you exit left, you can walk in 3 minutes or so to the mini market Supermerloby, there you can buy holiday essentials, including fresh bread, fruit, vegetables and local vino.

The bus stop is at the end of the road. The bus provides a reliable and regular service, otherwise a taxi from the villa to Superdino, the large supermarket in the Village, will cost just 5 Euros. You can buy all you need here, including fresh fish, meat and in store baked bread. Head back to your villa, light your BBQ, have a swim while the charcoal is heating up. Stretch out on your sunbed and relax in the privacy of your walled garden. If you cross the street from the villa and walk towards the sea, in no time at all you will be at Playa Flamingo, a beautiful and safe children friendly beach with a few restaurants and bars. If you keep walking along the coast to the left, you will reach the harbour in just a short walk. A traditional pretty harbour, with the small fishing boats and by contrast the grand ferry boats too. Stride out to the left to discover the pedestrian shopping street of Playa Blanca, admire the sea views in-between the shops, restaurants and bars.
