Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Full Sofa Bed.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  
Pets are not permitted on the dock or sound side beach area as it is a community dock.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Boats Over 22 Feet, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

The home is very nice it has every thing you need. Very clean and beautiful views. The one downfall is you have to climb up 29 steps, with an animal or a child it is very hard to climb those steps. Carrying groceries and up and down, luggage is very exhausting going up and down. I would not stay there again due to the steps. It is a nice place.
