Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place with a fun cowboy pool. Cute 3 bed, 2 bath fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, ping pong, 1 car garage, parking for 3 cars, close to everything. Walk to the beach. Smart TVs, large yard (pet friendly), on sight washer and drier, 10 min from downtown Daytona. Bike along our beautiful beaches or to one of the nearby restaurants or ice cream shops. One hour from Disney and Universal, 1.5 hours to Cape Canaveral & St. Augustine. Great for families. Early Check in/Late Checkout $25 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability. Must be 25 to book Groups under age 25 must get prior approval and pay higher deposit Pets (dogs only) allowed with pet fee paid $25 per pet/per day max 2 dogs. Pet fee must be paid within 2 days of booking. Pets that are not paid for or are snuck in will result in cancellation of stay-we love pets, and want to welcome yours but you gotta tell us about them! Pet owners are required to pick up all pet poo from the yard or will incur a $50 fee at check-out charged to card on file. No smoking anything in house, just go outside No events or parties
Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods.
Guests will be required to provide a photo ID and credit card for security deposit ($500). Security deposit is a pre-authorization, not an actual charge, unless there is damage or missing items. Authorization is removed within 48 hours of check-out.
This is a non-smoking unit-we don`t care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It`s Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand.
We have our cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between each guest. We also ask our guests to please do the following at check-out (note, if this upsets you please simply find another location as there is a massive labor shortage, we frequently have guests ask for early or late check-in/out and this is how we are able to make things smooth for all guests. Please note our check out instructions: 1. Strip all beds used and pillows and put sheets, pillow covers and used towels in a pile in center of room or on beds for beds used. 2. Turn off all lights, fans can be left on. 3. Turn off TVs, coffee makers and other electronics. 4. All dishes should either be cleaned or put into dishwasher and start dishwasher cycle. This is to avoid dishes getting crusty and attracting bugs. 5. Please load one load of towels into washing machine and start. 6. Return any books, games, beach items, etc (beach items should be rinsed outside to get rid of any excess sand). 7. Empty any outdoor ashtrays, clean up any cigarette butts. 8. Empty all food from refrigerator (you can leave never opened beverages and used condiments if you wish) put in outside trash and make sure trash is on curb Sun night or Wed night. 9. Make sure keys are left in lockbox ($50 per key replacement) and garage remote and/or parking pass left on counter ($100 replacement fee). 10. Wipe down countertops and leave home the way you found it. 11. Turn A/C to 78 degrees prior to departure. 12. Drive or fly home safely and come back and see us soon!
Damage Waiver Disclaimer:
I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS

Felt right at home
The attention to detail was a home run. The hosts provided nearly everything we needed (and clearly communicated what we needed to bring for ourselves). The home was cozy yet spacious, and they were superior communicators. We loved the house, had everything we needed.The only thing wrong was that the house is really a 2 bed room with a sun room as a third bed room, that does not have air conditioning has a cooling system that does not cool the room farmhouse door has to remain open and even then its hot to sleep in there. The cooling system in the sun room did not cool the room. Other than that house was great.

Beautiful well stocked house in a great location
We had a great time with Salty Dog property. We were given check in details in plenty of time, the house was just as pictured with set up and furniture. We had a little concern (no fault of theirs) when we arrived but they had it addressed and corrected within the hour. One hiccup was the cowboy pool, which was a great option for cooling off in the FL sun, but the pool cleaner informed me that his vacuum was broken and the pool had a fine sand in the bottom. To me it did not seem to be a fine sand but debris and algae like texture floating on the top. The pump did not clean the pool like I was told it would. We spent a lot of the time skimming what we could with the net and only putting our feet in the pool. It was unfortunate but didn't hinder our stay or enjoyment. I loved that the kitchen was clean and orderly and they had plenty of beach towels and chairs. The AC and ceilings fans made it easy to keep the house at a comfortable temperature.

Our family had a pleasant one week stay for a family wedding. The home was clean and very cozy with a nice beachy vibe and decor. It is an easy walking distance to the beach. Communication with the host/property management was great and they were very responsive to our needs. Would come back again.

Great little house.
We stayed here for a month. It was a nice house with everything we needed. I was able to make a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. We really enjoyed being close to the beach and close to the yoga studio I go to when in Florida. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional in every way!
Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this adorable beach cottage was the ideal setting for a family getaway.
The owners thought of every detail. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and enjoying meals. Bed and bath linens were super soft and fluffy. Above average. Outdoor seating in back is comfortable and lovely.
Even a ping pong table in the garage!
Of note: this property is dog-friendly, so don't be surprised to find the occasional hair in furniture. Didn't bother us at all, but if you are allergic, be aware!
Living room furniture is pretty, but well-loved. May be due for a refresh, but very comfortable.

Spring break 2023
Property was great but the property management company subpar. We had rented this house for our family of five expecting 2 working tolilets. Turns out the toilet in the master bedroom was defective and unusable the entire stay! First, the tank was refilling every minute., making it impossible to sleep since it is literally next to the master bed. The management was informed about this defect and sent a plumber during a timeframe we had informed them we weren't available. The next day, a handyman was sent who deemed the toilet to be working - saying we had simply shut-off the water to the toliet. In fact, the toilet had stopped flushing entirely and had to be flushed manually, at which point it would run without stopping, What was most upsetting about this whole situation is that management company has not seemed concerned that our stay was adversely impacted, the issue was never fixed and they have offered no recouse. We did attempt to contact the company before posting this; however, we never received a follow up call from TJ as promosed. Sorry property owner but the lack of talking responsibility for this by the property management company is unacceptable and should make this property undesirable for others! Who wants to book at 2 bath with no working toilet?
