Great family trip

Perfect home for 10 of us! It was spacious and the living room and dining room easily accommodated our large group. We appreciated being close to the mountain and we used the ski in/out every day. Yes, it's a hike up, but a great warm up to get on the slopes! We had some issues with the freezer and kitchen items missing, but all our issues were promptly addressed and fixed. We'd love to come back!

This was a great stay with adult kids over the holidays. House is very well equipped for a large group. Close to slopes. Bus comes right by the house, but to base is walkable for adults (along the road). Rental shop right by the house! We had a lovely time here.

Wonderful Property

Awesome place, plenty of room and great kitchen.

Two families on a ski trip, great time had! Proximity to base was great and easy drop off to the rental area. Will definitely consider a return if we come back.

Beautiful location

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to the slopes by either the corridor ski trail or the shuttle bus to the village. They had everything we needed for our young kids (booster seat, books, video games, movies, plates and utensils). Hope to make this an annual destination!

Perfect Family and Skiing Location

Beautiful villa

My family and I loved staying here. There was so much room and plenty of sleeping arrangements. We loved winter park the town is small and people are very friendly. The Villa had so many windows and there was a beautiful breeze that felt amazing. We hope to come back very soon!

Beautiful House in good location

We had a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The heated garage was a great place to keep our gear. The ski in was very convenient, but the ski out was a bit of a hike especially for our younger family members. Over all, this location is fabulous with easy walking or shuttle access to the winter park base area and gondola. We’d stay here again.

Plenty of comfortable space for our family gathering. Clean, well stocked. Nice hot tub. There are a lot of steps- that is a consideration.

Great property and location

The property is well maintained and in a great location. We have stayed in this community before and appreciate the close proximity to the resort. The ski in was not easily accessed (have to pass a unit and go up a short steep hill then could not really ascertain the path) so we did not use and opted for easy drop off at resort. Property manager was very responsive for a couple of minor questions we had.

Great location and beautiful, comfortable place

Beautiful home with great location. We absolutely would come back and stay. The beds were very comfortable. Just a couple notes - lots of stairs (but that’s normal for the area) and we appreciated the downstairs bedroom/suite for my 88 year old grandmother. Also, it’s more of a hike-in/out than ski-in/out but we still appreciated having the access for the teens.

Fantastic!

We enjoyed 5 days of skiing at Winter Park and this house has everything you need! It's extremely spacious, well appointed and was efficient to book / communicate. The ski in /out was more challenging than we expected and took more effort than we expected (a snowy trail and 3 big flights of stairs), but the house more than made up for the trek. We will be happy to stay here again.

Thanksgiving Week

House was incredible, everything about it was top tier. Only thing I will say, in the check in, parking location was in normal writing, and you can’t park across from the condo, only garage and driveway so two cars max,. They towed and will tow your vehicle within the first hours of you being there. We were lucky to get to move ours, others lost $400, it should be in bold on parking.

Fabulous place and location!

Stunning place! So much room for our two families. We have four teenagers between us, and they each had lots of space- very comfortable accommodations and two separate sitting areas so they could watch their movies and play Xbox and the adults could have the other area. Some nights we all watched a movie as a the family and there was plenty of room. Love the set up of the kitchen and open spaces. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after skiing. The ski in ski out location was just a short walk away. Minor issues were addressed extremely quickly and we felt so taken care of. This place was absolutely perfect! We cooked and ate every meal and the place has everything. But this location is also perfect to go into the base area for shopping or into the cute town. Loved it!

Too many problems for the price.

First... cleaning crew delayed our entry which was a BIG problem. Secondly..... clogged bathroom sink... ceiling fan and light was inoperable. Ironing board but no iron and the patio door locks you out. Otherwise.... nice property!
