Located on the third floor for greater peace, this delightful two-bedroom unit boasts vaulted ceilings that allow plenty of natural light to fill the living area. It is tastefully furnished for comfort, creating an ideal environment for enjoying games, movies, or your favorite TV shows on the flat-screen television, enhanced by the cozy ambiance of the gas fireplace. Furthermore, a private deck provides picturesque views of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
A fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials; just bring your groceries! It is conveniently located next to the dining area, which can seat up to six guests.
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has access to the bathroom situated in the hallway.
The condominium is located within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the Clubhouse in building #19. Additionally, a free town shuttle stop is only a few steps from the front entrance.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Great location for our family

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to skiing and town was perfect for us. The kitchen had what we needed, including plenty of space to eat and hang out. The wintery views out the window were lovely as was the bright light from the skylights.
