We love Winter Park

We had a great ski vacation and were lucky to arrive just to lots of fresh powder and more throughout our stay. The condo was well appointed and the location is great. We had 3 teenagers and they had a hard time fitting in the bunk beds We didn’t anticipate enjoying the massage chair as much as we did but we had to reserve time to use it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, Comfortable Condo

Highly recommend this gorgeous condo! It exceeded our expectations- such as super comfortable beds, heated wood floors and massage chair! Excellent location, beautiful views from window. Can’t recommend enough!

Elevator horror

When we arrive at the condos. We are surprised right away that the unit said 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom was a closet with bunkbeds. The door was a barn door and when we opened it, the door almost fell on our friends head. We tried to make the best of it. The next day the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd level. The elevator was broken the the duration of our stay. My husband uses a cain and was hobbling down and up the stairs. He missed the concert all together on Sunday because he could not do it anymore. We called after we came back because I did not want to spend hours on the phone with this issue, to see how we can be compensated because he missed the show and they response was we should have called when we were there. When we were at the condo, there was other people complaining and it did not change a thing because the elevator was still broken.

Great property, terrible property manager

location. incredible. property. amazing. but hope you don't have to work w/ the property manager for anything. It took over 24 hours to get a response about a non-functioning wifi and even after that it still didn't work. we selected the property for location first, knowing we were working while our son was skiiing. we had to use our personal hotspots to get things done. So don't plan on wifi functionality.

New Year's Ski Trip

The condo was perfect for our short stay. There is a nice washer and dryer and the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to use when cooking. The only annoyance was that there was a lot of the owners personal things in closet and under beds. The bunk room offered no where to put your things. Other than that, it was great!

Pros and Cons

The WIFI only worked 20% of the time, which was a huge bummer. We had one person trying to work remotely who couldn't (had to go to the library one day). We had another person trying to take an online college final who had to go to the busy chaotic clubhouse to do it. There is VERY loud construction next door SEVEN days a week from 6am to 6pm--100% of the time, no waxing and waning. They are building a whole other set of condos so don't expect this to end anytime soon. This was EXTREMELY disruptive. Supply of paper products (TP and facial tissue) was way too low for a 7-day stay. The place is nice and very clean, but the lack of internet access and constant construction noise pretty much ruined it for us.

Great condo a short walk from the ski bus

We really enjoyed staying at the property while we skied at Winter Park. The ski bus stop was only a block away and made it easy getting to and from the resort each day. We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community also had a nice heated pool and hot tub, which we used after skiing each day. The only drawback is that there were no TVs in two of the bedrooms, but at least the bunk room has its own TV. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Winter Park

Ideal for all ages

The condo was very comfortable. The “kid cave” with the bunk beds was a big hit with the pre-teens! The adults were very pleased with the quality and quantity of cooking utensils available for our use. And the dining table with great seating capacity allowed our families from two condos to eat together. Happiness all around!
