This Trailhead unit has a wonderful view off the back deck of the Winter Park Ski Resort and downtown area of Winter Park a great place to drink morning coffee.
Small families can take advantage of this three bedroom condo with extra bedding and a modern feel. The gourmet full kitchen is open to the living area which includes TV, gas fireplace and the private balcony.
Bedding: King in master, Queen and twin day bed in second, twin bunks – 2 twins and futon in third bedroom.
Amenities in unit: Upgraded flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, private patio with outdoor dining furniture and elevator access. NO AIR CONDITIONING
PARKING: 2 permitted spots only.
Conveniently located next to the Rendezvous Event Center and a short walk from all the music, food, and fitness events that travel to the valley during the summer months. During the Winter season Rendezvous Event Center converts into a sledding hill fit for all ages. Located on the winter shuttle route this property is the ultimate ski retreat for a couple or small family.
Clubhouse amenities located on site which include outdoor grilling area, game room, work out room hot tub and outdoor pool at the Trailhead Lodge clubhouse year round.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use.
