Timberline Retreat - Sleeps 9, large backyard, well stocked kitchen!

Tucked in a friendly cul-de-sac with a quiet, fenced back yard. Your family can enjoy your time away in this thoughtfully equipped home.
This central location offers plenty to do with nearby biking trails, skate park, river run, shopping and dining. We are a short walk to Eastman Park, Main Street or the lake.
Games and puzzles are provided, as well as outdoor seating and a fire pit.
The space
New carpeting throughout bedrooms and living room, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table, fire pit, and outdoor seating.
This is a 2 story home (navigation of stairs required). All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
Other things to note:
- There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed anywhere on the property.
- 3 of the beds are twin beds that are part of a bunk bed or trundle. These are suited for children or small adults only.

-There will be a fine imposed for any unauthorized animals brought onto the property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
