Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this enjoyable retreat offers a cozy spot to recharge. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Guest have reported they love waking up to the snowy mountain morning and enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the coffee shop below. Recent patrons have made mention they appreciate the closeness to hospitals and the highways that get them to other industries in the area. We spend 5 years reclaiming a 110-year-old building. You can look on FACEBOOK Green Element Management and look at old photos, the before, the journey and the now are all there.

Great apartment in Windber. Safe area with multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Building is newly refurnished and very secure, and I liked the commercial fire alarm and sprinklers. Host was communicative and check-in/ checkout instructions were simple. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay! Allen (host) was exceptionally responsive and detailed with all of his instructions. The place was clean, well-organized, and had all the comforts of home. I worked at a local hospital about 3/4 of a mile down the road. Perfect location! Do yourself a favor and book this spot if you are ever in the area.
