checked in at 7.30pm for 1 nite as it's close to airport and wanted hot tub as soar from long flight. hot tub closed at 730pm. woke up at 8.30am to use it. only to be cold. 94F. so figured would go eat breakfast only to be told they stopes serving food at 9am. tried to go shower and climb into bed. got up at 11 to pack and some rude manager older man knocks on the door at 11.02am and says check out is at 11. on your bike son. I said you better take that base out your voice boy .no phone's in the room to warn you check out time. plus hotel was half empty. so whats the rush. won't be staying here again the elevator was smaller than the one in my house. I could barley fit my suit case and me in it. third world 2 star at best

We had a short overnight stay before leaving early the next morning. The room was nice and spacious and clean and the swimming pool was really good. The TV wasn’t working properly despite using different wifi sources. The guests we had in room 241 in the Britannia Airport Inn were awful. They were loud, swearing and clearly having a domestic at 21:00 12/12/25 again at 03:00 on the morning of the 13/12/25.
