The Cozy Corner is a duplex style studio apartment with an open floor plan that is attached to the main dwelling. The apartment consists of 1 Queen bed, 1 Q-sleeper sofa and 1 full Bathroom, Linens are included. The space can sleep 4 adults comfortably, Kids are welcome & must be supervised at all times.
There is a shared wall, like a duplex with the main home. There is NO contact or communication between you and the main dwelling, everything has its own private entrance and patio. The beautiful patio has a 6 ft privacy fenced, along with a grill, chairs and a picnic table. The home is located 6 blocks from the beach access, the boardwalk, and 2 blocks from the local park with walking and bike trail.

This is a Non-Smoking and No Pets home.

Apartment Layout
- Bed 1: a bedroom nook ,1 queen bed that is separated by a privacy wall.
This room has a new Roku smart TV.
- Bed 2: 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a New Roku smart TV
- 1 full bath
- 1 Kitchenette cook top with 2 burners. (No Oven)
- Patio: charcoal grill, picnic table and chairs

We Provide
• LINENS: 1 sheet set , 1 blanket & 2 pillows per bed, along with 8 towels & 8 washcloths.
• Pots/ pans / dishes & Basic cooking utensils
• Dish soap & hand soap
• Coffee pot with 1 coffee pack (makes 8 cup each)
• Charcoal grill (Charcoal not included)
- The kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, pots/ pans, dishes and
other basic utensils. The Home has a private outside patio / bbq area that is completely fenced in.

• Check In is at 3:00pm
• Check out is by 10:00am sharp (if you leave later then 10 am you may be charged an additional charge)
•You must be at least 23 years old to enter into the rental contract

*** Firm Cancellation policy ***
• 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
• 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date
• 0% refund if canceled 14 days or less before arrival date

Parking / Entrance to Apartment
The Apartment is attached to the right corner of the main house (Columbia Ave),
- Parking is located on side street (Columbia Ave) in front of apartment along the trees in the grassy area, you will see the entry gate with a sign saying "The Cozy Corner".

Entry to the home is key-less allowing you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule. The key-less code will be sent to you in a VRBO message the day of your arrival by 3pm.

Activities / Places around
We are located 6 blocks from the beach access / boardwalk and 2 blocks from the local park,walking & bike trail.

Mike Chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3 mile paved walking / bike trail.

We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events.

It is very easy to get around the Island. Most people travel By bike, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Rentals and Sun fun rentals .You can bike or golf cart to all destinations on Carolina beach.

We are also close to Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike a number of trails, launch your boat and Kayak.

There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo night , fireworks every Thursday, free movies at the lake and free summer concerts. More info. about events, restaurants and activities will be provided in the home when you arrive.
