This hotel is in a great location. Right on the Riverwalk. The Riverwalk was not what we expected. It was not nearly as nice, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Unfortunately, the TV in the room works with a ton of channels, but there’s no way to, select the channel you want you have to scroll through all of the channels. In other words, we couldn’t find the channels we were looking for. The breakfast was great

The staff was always very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, my room wasn't as clean as I hoped. The floor had not been swept and was dirty, and when I moved a chair there was old nuts and crumbs and loose change underneath, so the floor had not been swept. The blankets were extremely thin and scratchy. I would not recommend this place based on how expensive it is compared to other hotels in the area that are better quality for only a few dollars more. I will still add again that the staff was nice and breakfast was good.

We have stayed here several times, everyone is always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is awesome. They have decent breakfast choices and you can not beat the location to downtown Wilmington, right on the waterfront.

Very close to historic downtown and a fantastic view! Could easily see the battleship museum just down the river and gorgeous sunsets. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. Would happily stay again!

We will definitely come back to this beautiful place with a marvelous view!!! The receptionists, housekeepers and breakfast staff, everyone was nice, friendly and professional. Outside you could walk on the boardwalk to nice restaurants or just enjoy a nice walk after lunch/dinner.. Do not hesitate, book with this hotel!!!
