Great hotel in a quiet and convenient section of historic downtown Wilmington. Be sure to get a riverview room as the hotel is situated right on the the river walk of the Cape Fear River. Only downside is the furnerture needs to be dusted up a bit especially at the start of a long term stay....Other than that I would highly recommend!

Roz at the front desk was awesome! Very acccomidating and took care of the issues we encountered. For the price, I would have picked another hotel on the Riverwalk. It worked for what we needed that night.

The room was so nice with a beautiful view! We enjoyed our one night getaway!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The view of the river was amazing, especially at sunset. Love the rainfall shower and the breakfast! Only issue was air in room was very humid.

The Hotel is directly on the Cape Fear river, and every room has a view of it. It also has a dedicated pier, which is very nice to go out to and watch the sunset. The hotel is located very convenient to the heart of downtown. We walked everywhere. The room was nice and comfortable. The mattresses are pretty firm, if you like that. The only issue we had was there was construction of a new building next door that made lots of noise early in the morning (March 2017.) Not the hotels fault, but still a bummer.

Really impressed with the location, view and overall experience we had this past weekend staying at this Best Western. "Josh" at the front desk went out of his way to help us out with a great place to eat, he was extremely friendly and up beat. The room was very clean and quiet.

Close to downtown. Excellent view of the river and the Riverwalk is just outside the hotel. Great place to walk for exercise or just to see the sites. Would definitely stay there again. Hostess for the Breakfast was very friendly and efficient!

Nice hotel close by Cape Fear Community College. Room was clean and comfortable for one person. It would not be comfortable for multiple people. Continental breakfast offered was great. Within walking distant of historic Wilmington.

Very convenient to river walk and restaurants and shops. All rooms right on river with water view and boats. The breakfast was good. A bit pricey but a great place to be for our very first visit to Wilmington. And right next door to the railroad museum too!

1 night stay, close to shops and bars! Nice Hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. It's on the Riverwalk with a great view and everything in downtown Wilmington is within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. We had no issues whatsoever. The continental breakfast was limited but filling. You just can't beat a wafflemaker! We plan on returning.

The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent.

I think very over priced. a family was right outside the breakfast area smoking, so no one wanted to sit out at the empty table. It was very inconsiderate of them. I called and suggested they make this a non-smoking area. They monopolized this entire area and there was no seats available inside.

Fairly high priced for exterior entry, average rooms, overlooking river but without balconies and no swimming pool.

Nice, clean hotel with a nice breakfast. This hotel is on the water and just a short walk from the boardwalk of downtown Wilmington. There seemed to be plenty of parking and was very close to some nice restaurants.

Hotel was great, location is just above all the bars, shops, etc. Bathroom looked like it was recently renovated, and it looked awesome! Great view of the water and the battleship. Would return for sure!!!

Perfect location. Staff was great. Will come back again.

We had a lovely view of Cape Fear River and the staff were personable and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Very quiet and peaceful.

The best part about this hotel is the location! Everything else is pretty routine. But that is a good thing in my opinion!

Very nice hotel. Very nice staff. Within walking distance of good restaurants. Had a great view of the river from our room.

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay in Wilmington. The tower suite is very popular because it is almost a small apartment and it gives you great views of the city and the riverfront. We hope you will come back and visit with us again when in Wilmington

I cannot thank you enough for the nice comments on the hotel and Josh at the front desk. Josh has been with us for over 8 years and he "loves" our guest and providing them with superior customer care. I will share your comments with the staff and we hope to see you again when visiting Wilmington.
