Enter the property from the ground floor and step inside. This ground floor living area is a nice place for the kids to relax. Head up the stairs and find 2 master bedrooms on this floor. To your left is a master bedroom with 2 twin beds. To your right is a master bedroom with a king bed and a deck with views of the ocean. Head up to the 3rd floor and find yourself on the main living area. The 3rd floor encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This open floor plan flows easily and makes family entertainment a breeze. Step outside on the deck for the warm ocean breezes and great views of the ocean and Johnny Mercer Pier. Also on this level is the 3rd bedroom with queen size bed. Take the stairs up one more time and find yourself in the grand master bedroom. This bedroom offers a king size and private bath.

Very clean townhouse. All of the silverware, glassware and utensils spotless. Bedrooms roomy and bathrooms all clean too. AV works and nice to stream right away. There are some quirky electrical issues and kitchen cabinets need a refresh.

The location was fantastic- very close to beach! The check-in process was smooth and timely. The property was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. Work out great for family to enjoy. The view from the balcony was great for sunrises.

Family Girls Shopping

Ages 37-81 ladies (aunts, sisters and daughter -in-law Christmas shopping Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. The house was perfect for us spreading out and yet staying together. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked. Hope to return!

Great beach location

We had 4 adults for a tennis tournament and this house was centrally located to everything you want to do in Wilmington and 50 feet from the beach with a great view of the water from the second floor balcony that seated 8. Everything in the house was fine and we loved our stay!

Perfect space!

We traveled to Wrightsville Beach for a wedding. 4 couples stayed in the house and we all had plenty of space to hang out together and plenty of private spaces as well. This house fit our needs perfectly!

Girls Weekend

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms were large and had enough bathrooms for 5 ladies to get ready comfortably! Only downside is the view from the main area is mostly the condos across the street. You have to go out onto the balcony to see the beach but that view is beautiful. The check in time is too late (4p) and check out too early (10a), but the process was easy. Would stay here again.

Great Rental Property

Despite Tropical Storm Ian, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. We attended a family wedding in the area and this was a perfect spot. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a big plus.

Overall, the property was very nice. There were small things that could have been improved - several light bulbs were out - the shower handle in the master was broken - the internet went down the first day but those were relatively minor. I was not as big of a fan of the location - right across from the Pier and the 2 star hotel. It was very crowded at that point on the beach and loud at night.

Had a great long weekend in this home. 4 bedrooms/4 baths accommodated us well. Elevator was nice for getting the luggage up and down. Beach was steps away. House stocked well.

Needs work

This place has potential but has been neglected by owners and cleaning crew needs lessons. All the chotskies do not hind all the faults. Leaky moldy windows, dirty rugs, leaky condensation air vents, slider doors that would not lock, filthy kitchen and cabinets, washer and drier also dirty, bathrooms need to be functioning properly. Other then the cheap tj maxx decor thrown everywhere, this home needs work.
