The staff was lovely. Rooms are small, but not uncomfortably. Bed was comfy. The carpet is tatty. Water from something was on the floor when I woke up. The price was a bit high.

The staff/ownership was amazing and genuinely cared about all guests. The area is quaint and the breakfast items were sufficient along with having a nice area to sit outside and plenty of space in the room.
Owners were so friendly and accommodating. Called me on my drive up to see what time I was arriving so that they could cool down the room. Perfect location to access everything in the Berkshires.
The place felt lacking given the price we paid for it and compared to all the other hotels we stayed during our roadtrip in way more touristy places. It was adequate given we just needed a place to rest for the night but wasn't worth the price tag ($100 per night).
Everything was excellent I would definitely stay there again. The staff was excellent they went above and beyond to help me They even we’re going to make me a pot of coffee just for me in the morning I because none of the other customers came down for breakfast. I will definitely go back there and stay when I visit my daughter in college.

We stayed here for a one night visit as we were attending a function in North Adams and did not want a long drive home after. The motel was adequate. Very convenient to venue and overall clean. Good price point. Very basic. My major concern was attitude of Manager. We had expected to check in before the event, but were running late so I called to inform the motel that we would be arriving later in the evening. The manager sounded very annoyed as I “ I was waiting for you this morning”. He also hung up on me. When I discussed this with him upon our arrival, he did apologize, but insisted it was a miscommunication. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
For the price room size was unacceptable. Faucet on sink had broken loose. Mold in the shower. Window would not open. Not a pleasant stop over
A pretty classic "motel experience," with some outstanding features- staff were wonderfully warm and friendly, and care had been taken to seasonally decorate each door, which was sweet. Parking was a breeze and the sign was well-lit and easy to find. Our room was equipped with nice fluffy towels and hairdryer, iron, etc. The price was high for a motel, but reasonable within the context of this very pricey town. Location was convenient and surrounded by restaurants. Gas and drug store not far down the road. Upon check-in, our host provided us with a helpful map and recommendations for things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Hello Harsh, thank you very much for your feedback though it was pretty disappointing. It is pretty obvious that you are not familiar with this area (Williamstown) otherwise you would have not underestimated by comparing your so called "touristy places" that you stayed. I recommend you to google "Williamstown" so that you get familiar with this gem of a town in the beautiful BERKSHIRES. You paid $89/- tax for a large, clean room with two queen size beds and the very reason you booked with us is because we had the best price in town. I apologize if you had expectations of a 5-star Hotel to justify the price tag of $89/-. We definitely "lacking" your 5-star hotel expectations. Have a good life.
