This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental is in a great location (Convention center, Beach blast, Barefoot Music Fest, ETC). Just a block away from the beach. Walk to dining( So many great restaurants within walking distance), shopping and entertainment nearby. TWO parking spots! Washer and dryer in the unit! Please note we do not rent to young adults under the age of 25, proms or senior week no exceptions.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location. Easy to get around.

The location of the unit was perfect. Only a block from Ocean Avenue a short walk through a parking lot to get to the south end of the boardwalk. From the boardwalk it was easy to get to the beach and not as crowded as further north. Unit was clean and updated. Only wish there were nicer bath towels and also have hand towels and wash cloths provided. Biggest issue we had was during checkout. For check-in you have to go to the Riviera Resorts, which is a 1/2 mile away, to pick up the keys (and put down a $20 cash deposit). For checkout you are supposed to return the keys there and receive the deposit back. What no one told us is that the office doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. We went to the office at 8:00 to return the keys and found it was not open. We sent a message to the host and also called/texted the office number but did not receive an immediate response. Since we had a flight to catch, we went back to the unit, left the keys there, and sent another message to the host. Never heard back from the host but the office did text us back instructing to do exactly what we did and they would mail us back the key deposit. So if you need to check out before 9:00, don't plan on going to the Riviera office to return the keys.
