This home has everything you need to have a comfy stay away from home. Centrally located with super easy access to all things Derby and just a few minutes to Wichita and surrounding areas. Situated on a private 1 acre lot on the north end of town. Newly remodeled giving you a modern stay and all the amenities you need, all in a ranch style home. Pool table, hot tub with huge back patio and tons of room to kick back and relax.
