**DO NOT BOOK**The property was in a state of severe disrepair and lacked the basic amenities one would expect. It appeared that the unit was not properly inspected, cleaned, or maintained following the previous long-term guest's departure.
The floors are significantly uneven with broken, loose tiles that create a major trip hazard, suggesting potential subfloor or foundation issues. Additionally, the furniture is of poor quality; I found a broken dresser drawer and a tear in the leather seat. The oven was in such a dirty condition that it was unusable (missing a baking pans or baking sheets)nd the television was broken—likely by the previous guest—and never repaired or replaced.
The unit lacked basic essentials including hand soap, a coffee maker, washcloths, and bath mats. Because no floor mats were provided, I was forced to use one of the only two body towels alotted to me just to keep the bathroom floor dry, leaving me with only one towel for my entire stay. no house rules or Wi-Fi information were provided. When I reached out about the missing items, the host cited a policy about only providing 'essential items,' though basic sanitary and kitchen necessities were notably absent.
Previous reviews warned about a dog barking next door; I can confirm this is accurate. The dog BARKS!
At the end of it my trip was cut short and refund provided.
