El lugar es súper lindo. La villa que me quede también, pero no lo mantiene bien. Eso se nota nada más que entras la falta de atención que le tienen al hotel. El restaurante horrible con poca variedad, el personal no es tan nice como otras que hemos visitados, siempre andan serios. Y room service después de las 9:30 ya no hay, te puedes morir de ambre después de esa hora ya que ni puedes salir fuera porque está alejado del centro. El lugar es solo para relajarte porque todas las atracciones quedan a más de 45 minutos del lugar. No lo recomiendo mucho

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. I was able to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food on the property isn’t the best. However there are restaurants nearby to have meals. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Thailand.

Everything was amazing, restaurant staff, food was delicious, always came back to a restocked fridge, room service, check in was fast and easy, everything well kept and beautiful. Plan on coming back very soon! Can’t wait!

Firstly I wasn’t given the room that I paid for and was situated pretty much at the back of the resort without access to the pool which was the main reason I went there. Staff didn’t want Help very rude dismissive stomping up-and-down getting aggressive when I would walk out of the office were yelling out get out and get out thinking I couldn’t hear them being in The feels like you’re in the home of the staff and you’re a disturbance to them. They walk around in groups totally ignoring hotel guest and Can barely speak English, only to mock people disgusting attitude from them all there was so unhelpful so rude definitely would not go back there again

TikTok brought me to this hotel. The pool was great just like people posted but the hotel itself was on the outskirts with nothing nearby and thankfully I only stayed one night. But the view was great!

Fint hotel, men alt for hypet

Hotellet er rigtig fint, men ligger i et kedeligt område uden nogen form for liv og folk bruger alt deres tid på at tage billeder. Værelserne var små og uden meget garderobe plads og enormt lyt. Man kunne høre børn på gangene og folk i poolen hele tiden.

Avoid this hotel – chaos, bugs and zero service

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good service, comfort and hygiene – keep scrolling. This hotel delivers a level of chaos and indifference that’s hard to believe (but trust us – don’t experience it yourself). From the moment we arrived, things felt off. The lobby was a mess, check-in was disorganized, and the young, inexperienced staff avoided eye contact and responsibility like it was a sport. No adults, no leadership. Service? Non-existent. The rooms? No soundproofing – you’ll get an intimate audio experience of your neighbors’ entire vacation. And sleep? Good luck. Breakfast was served in a freezing canteen-like room with a single, slow coffee machine. When it broke? “No coffee today. Maybe after 11.” Helpful. Housekeeping showed up at 17:30 instead of the stated hours. And no, you’re not allowed to enjoy a drink by the pool. We had booked a pool-access room. After one night: termites in the bed and across the room. We were moved – only to find cockroaches waiting by the bed in the next room. The next day we cancelled our planned stay to go find another hotel. The receptionist rolled her eyes and yawned while we explained why. She refused to refund breakfast or the taxi we no longer needed. The attitude was shocking. We’ve documented the bugs – photos will be posted. This hotel is a parody of hospitality. Thailand has many amazing places to stay – this isn’t one of them
