very nice and updated hotel. clean rooms, friendly staff nice heated pool in the winter. the best feature was the ease of transportation to ski at Whitefish. the SNOW bus stop is right in front of the hotel

This was our second visit. There was an arrival gift for the holidays. We informed them ahead of time that we would be coming in early on the train and they granted us a very early checkin. That was extremely helpful and made a huge impact on our day. The smores kits were super fun. They had a hot chocolate bar next to the all day coffee many of the days we stayed. And fresh cookies in the afternoons. There is also a new gear room for the skis and snowboards with a boot heater and a table to tune gear. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. The game room is a great way to spend the evenings. The whole staff was kind and attentive. We had a lovely holiday there and hope to come back again to explore another season. I think a ping pong table would be an awesome addition to the game room but we love this spot and it has everything our family needed and then some. Thanks for making our first holiday away from home a great one!

Nice concept and friendly staff, with clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet nights, welcome treats, free laundry, good ski storage, and a handy shuttle (though it fills up fast). Unfortunately, several basics were lacking: often no pool towels, no gym cleaning supplies, broken outlets, empty body wash, an extremely uncomfortable pull-out bed, and a breakfast that didn’t match what was advertised. With better consistency and planning, this place could be a solid choice.

Property is much older upon arrival. Very nice staff but this is a hub for families and you could hear everything in your room. I could hear people walking down the halls and I could hear upstairs folks walking in their room and their shower go off. Really not ideal if you want a restful stay. Room service was great and so was all other staff at the front of the lobby and the breakfast times.

It was good. Staff was excellent and helpful. They really helped with hot to get to mountain and picking restaurants to eat. Only, really weird thing was putting coffee maker in bathroom. That is just not right. Breakfast was ok not that many choices.

The hotel staff removed my things from the room a whole day before checkout. I had to go to the lobby and they found my items in the TRASH. I find that my charger was missing so I called the lobby to no avail. Then staff knocked on my door despite my communication not to and woke up my sleeping infant. Kids running up and down the hallway for 2 hours before anything was done. Loud noises and boisterous activity in the hall outside my room at 10:40pm. The snow was not shoveled and my key card did not work multiple times. Absolute mess!
