Cozy in the woods
Nice house in the woods near Quechee Club amenities. Loved the fireplace. Kids loved the loft play area. Well stocked, including kitchen with all needed utensils, spices, tea, etc. Host very responsive when we asked for more firewood. Some things a little dated or tired such as lamp shade that kept toppling over on its own and shower faucet required screw driver to operate. Routine end-of-life issues for these things I think—stuff gets worn out no big deal.
I think my biggest issue was the heating system does not suit the house well. The bottom floor where two of the bedrooms are was quite cold. Space heaters were provided which helped. That bottom floor really needs to be zoned out separately or redone with heat pumps or something. Despite all, wife and kids begging for return trip and to stay in same house!!!

Wonderful Winter Weekend
This was one of our favorite rental properties. Clean, spacious, bright and well appointed with kitchenware. The fireplace was fantastic and the view from the living room was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the loft to play and watch a movie as well. The downstairs was a bit chilly, but closing the doors while we were out skiing made a difference in warmth. Wonderful winter weekend. We would definitely stay again!
