Conveniently located for our activities in the area. A pleasant experience

Coffee maker didn't work. Tv remote needed new batteries. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable.

The hotel isn’t terrible, I wish I could give it more than just three stars but I just can’t because of a few minor yet important points, at least to me anyway. I travel quite a bit for work and most hotels that I stay at have a simple desk and chair to work from while in your room. I don’t ever expect a “high-end” office chair when staying at a hotel but this is the first time I got to experience sitting on what had to be a $49 “OfficeMax special” chair that would barely get to the height needed to work at the weird tuck away desk on wheels. The chair itself was terrible just because it was so narrow and would cut into your hips as you sat for more than 10 or 15 minutes. The desk on wheels was a little inconvenient because it seemed to be higher than your normal desk and in order to use it as a desk you had to pull it out into the center of the room. I finally went to the front desk to see if there was any type of replacement chair that could be swapped in and was out of luck. I’m including a photo of the chair with my review just for your reference. In the end I just couldn’t deal with the chair anymore and finally decided to just sit on the ottoman and work, and I’m sure you can understand how comfortable that would’ve been.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and had everything I needed. There's a mini-store, a pool, restaurant and bar, and room service. I found it to be comfortable, convenient, and a great value for the price.

the young man who checked us in was pleasant professional The housekeeper on the morning of check out was kind enough to run down the hall because mom left her PJ in the bed Thanks so much sorry I dont have their names They are what Holiday Inn need to maintain it's legacy Thank you

The bar stays open until 2am! The staff was very accommodating and took care of our every need.

Quick and easily accessible s place to visit for business trip

No shampoo in the room. Room is all the way at the far end of the hotel, which is fine. But key card did not work and had to walk all the way back to desk. Restaurant in hotel is useless. Waited for 15 mins for someone to take my order, which never happened. Got up and left to go drive and find food. Hardly what I want to deal with after a long day of work. I will never stay at this hotel again. Worst experience in all my years staying at Holiday Inns.

Wasn't sure what to expect of the hotel, but was very pleasantly surprised. Room was comfortable and dining was convenient. My room was a bit of a walk, but on such short notice of the booking, I could not complain.

It's fine to stay the night. Check in took 45 minutes and if you want someone to help with your bags good luck.

We booked our room with breakfast included. The restaurant was great for breakfast with a lot of choices.

Very good staff and amenities. A little bit isolated but no issues if there is a car.

Thank you for a great stay for a family event. We had a great time.

The place is dated with smelly stained carpeting circa 1970's. Breakfast was expensive, greasy and servers were unatentive. We booked this place to meet some friends at the club on a Saturday night. Club was dead, even the bartender suggested other places.

The staff was very nice and attentive. Located in a nice area. The room was nice, but the hotel itself lacked certain ammentities, but overall a wonderful stay. Would def. refer this location to friends and family.

I was there for a week and the hotel was great. Good facilities and good food.

We live locally and needed a place to stay during floor refinishing. The location is great. Near the highway and close to railroad station. Very close to all Mt Kisco has to offer. Would be a great base for any travel in northern Westchester. Good value for the price.
