The air conditioner needs to be updated you can’t get it on a good temperature. It stays to warm or to cold. Overall everything was great.
Just a ten-minute drive from West Point, which we traveled to see and tour. It's nice enough and the breakfast was better than expected, with scrambled eggs, sausages and even little egg white omelets.
Have stayed here many times over the last four years and have always liked it. The only issue we had was our toilet leaked.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well maintained. With its location just north of the Bear Mountain Bridge, it is the perfect launching spot for hiking.

Good if you need to be in the area or visiting West Point. Nice, comfortable stay with hot breakfast. Hotel a bit dated but everything in good working conditions, price too high for what you getting.
Nice family stay. We always like staying there and it is very convenient when we visit family at the West Point army base.
Very handy to visit West Point but not much right around hotel. DIning options in area very limited-especially on Mon night. Some decent Mexican few miles away. Staff friendly. Pretty comfortable lounge area adjacent to breakfast space. Big indoor pool but not of interest to us.l Multi floor floor property with elevators and carts to use for loading. Room size large with mini frig.
I had to go there due to business. Booked a couple of rooms and thought that they were outdated with wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom. I would rate this Hotel with 2 stars.
