In the room: I had an allergic reaction the sheets! Also , the cleaning products were strong chemicals and it was uncomfortable for me. The only tea available was regular, caffeinated, black tea. And no complimentary breakfast 🍳 sad 😔

Average to slightly above average in most ways. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I liked the clean room and very friendly staff. I didn't like the thinness of some of the walls so you'd hear some of the louder guests.

The gentleman at the Front Desk: stellar attitude! quick check-in; extremely helpful throughout my stay. I was shocked to see him there all day and evening (long hours!). Sorry I didn't catch his name, but he was great. Room was ok but was on the side along the railway and noisy from the trains passing. I think this is an ok hotel for business travelers. I wouldn't vacation here...

Shouldn’t have to pay for parking when staying. It’s just an easy way to get more money.

The hotel is clean and confortable. Enough parking space with $6 parking fee. I am glad that we can order the breakfast in the room and pick up the breakfast to our room. The food is good, the only concern is a kind of expensive for the breakfast. ( it cost about $13.5 per person)

I love this hotel, and wish I had discovered it sooner. It is perfect for me when I drive downstate from my home upstate, as it gives me a place to stop for the night before fighting the city traffic. It is right at the highway entrance, which can get me to the city within 45 minutes, via several different ways, and also right by the Metro, which can bring me into Manhattan if I so choose, and leave my car in a nice safe rural town. This hotel will be my hotel of choice for future visits downstate.

Nice hotel, close to the Capitol Theatre, friendly front desk staff, clean and comfortable room. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Very modern, clean and has the amenities of a more expensive hotel. Will definitely be back!

Usually Courtyard by Marriott is a very consistent chain and we have had no issues in the past, but we were disappointed in this stay because of several problems in the room. First, when my son pulled down the bedspread and the covers of his bed, there was a very large, live spider in the middle of the bed. How it got under two layers of bedding, I have no idea, but it was very strange and of course, really bothered my son. Second, before 9AM the next morning (which was the morning we were checking out), while we were all still asleep, someone banged very loudly on the door and then proceeded to immediately open it. I called out and they quickly shut it. Lastly, when I was washing up in the bathroom, I noticed that the hand towels were not clean - they were covered with long blond hairs (no one in our family)! If we need to be in Rye again, I think I will be looking for another hotel option.

Go to Michaels Pizza across the street for awesome bar pizza.....

it was a great trip and resting in the hotel. the beds were comfortable and the room was best defined.

The hotel is tucked away in a very nice area and easy access to everything. The staff would give you the shirt off their backs if you asked. Great place!!

The view was amazing but, my children ended up with a huge spider crawling on them in bed. We had to kill in then wait for the the staff to change all the bedding. After that my children would not sleep. We got the room that sleeps 6 and it really was not enough space and the view could not be seen in the loft

I stayed here for the weekend and went to the Capitol Theater for some shows. Taxi cabs were lined up at the hotel shuttling people to and from, only a mile away and was a cheap ride. Hotel was great, had a nice courtyard, pool, my room had a balcony and fridge (unexpected too!). Staff was super cool. Overall, definitely confirmed that I will be back at the theater and staying at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I requested a late check out (2pm instead of the normal 12pm checkout time) and was told that it was ok. The room was clean, the pool area was clean and the pool water was clear. The only drawback is that the food at the restaurant is too expensive. Fortunately, there are several restaurants nearby and it was easy to get food elsewhere.
