The Space:

Snow settles quietly among the evergreens as you return from a day on the mountain, the crisp winter air giving way to the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace. Evenings unfold with unhurried ritual - easing into the private hot tub as steam curls upward, or gathering in the vaulted living area while the forest darkens outside. This hillside townhouse offers a calm, winter-ready retreat with room for family and friends to unwind between Whistler adventures.



Living spaces

Set across multiple levels, the main gathering area features large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace that anchors the room on cold evenings. The adjoining dining area seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for relaxed mornings. A kitchen equipped for cooking supports shared meals, and a dedicated workspace provides a comfortable spot to check in when needed. High-speed wifi, air conditioning, heating, and an indoor fireplace help keep stays convenient and comfortable in every season.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and a den accommodate up to 10 guests. The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. Another bedroom on the main level offers a king-split bed with a nearby bathroom. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed while another provides two twin bunk beds, each with a TV. Two additional bathrooms on this floor include a shower-only layout and a bathtub-shower combination, creating flexibility for groups.



Outdoor living

Forest views shape the outdoor experience, where private decks allow space to step outside into the winter air. A BBQ grill is available, and the sunken hot tub offers a sheltered place to warm up after time on the slopes. The single-car garage holds ski and snowboard storage along with boot warmers to keep gear organized for the next outing.



Ski access

Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at roughly 100 stairs leading into the Northern Lights area, and ski-out requires climbing the same stairs to reconnect with the trail. Snow conditions and operational periods vary, with the route generally available late December through March. For easy access to the mountain base, Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen, dining table, and breakfast bar create a functional hub for meals throughout your stay. Guests will find cooking basics, major appliances, and thoughtful conveniences such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
